All of our products are digital PDF guides, and nothing is shipped. If a guide is not right for you, we want you to be able to say so and get your money back.

14 days, no questions asked, and you keep the guides

Email lindawilliamsguides@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and I will refund you personally, in full. You keep your guides and you do not need to give a reason.

What to include

Please send the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order quickly.

How the refund reaches you

We refund the payment method you used, through Gumroad. Banks and card companies can take several business days to show the refund.
